Lt. Rick Billingsley Sworn in as the New KY214 Commander

On Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012, Lt. Rick Billingsley was sworn in as the sixth squadron commander of the Bowman Field Senior Squadron. Rick has been a squadron member for several years and was willing to take over the reigns from Major Keith Noe who had been squadron commander for the past several years. After the meeting, a small reception was held with cake. I'm sure we all want to welcome Rick and help him return the squadron to its status as one of the flying'est squadrons in the nation. Welcome aboard Rick!

Capt. Marc Feld before the meeting began. Mark is SO photogenic! Major Keith Noe while still squadron commander is flanked by Capt. Larry Austin. Lt. Rick Billingsley and Major Keith Noe during the change of command ceremony.  A hand shake between Lt. Billingsley and Major Noe and the deal is done. New KY214 Squadron Commander, Lt. Rick Billingsley. Welcome aboard Rick! The cake was great!
